Position Summary

 

Manages aspects of program implementation and operations.  Ensures the program is operating effectively.  Responsibilities typically include, or focus on, the following to support Program Management and ensure attainment of program metrics/objectives.
•    Managing relationships with and providing direction to vendor(s)
•    Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts
•    Developing, measuring, and reporting on the success of the program   
•    Partnering with the Marketing organization, vendors, and external partners to develop and implement strategies to reach the appropriate customer audience at the proper time
•    Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners
•    Partner with Regulatory and Compliance staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and support regulatory activities by supplying information for filings, data requests, and meetings with regulators.
•    Identifying stakeholders and communicating within and outside of PG&E     
•    Developing and implementing policies and procedures 
•    Identifying new partners, technologies, and delivery channels  

 

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company, in good faith, believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the job's location.  The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.

 

A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $129,000
Bay Area Mid-Point: $168,000
Bay Area Maximum: $207,000
&/OR
California Minimum: $123,000
California Mid-Point: $160,000
California Maximum: $197,000

 

This position is hybrid. You will work from your remote office and your assigned location based on business needs. The headquarters location is the Oakland General Office.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

•    Applies broad expertise and advanced knowledge to wide-ranging issues.
•    May act as a team lead and direct less experienced employees.
•    Works with Directors and Managers across functions to influence decisions.
•    Communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences using a variety of media. 
•    Integrates industry data-related knowledge into everyday business practices and decision-making.  
•    Provides others with guidance around the complex industry, regulatory, and compliance environment and considerations.
•    Creates new and complex data models to facilitate business decisions.
•    Provides direction on the overall program.
•    Performs in-depth quality assurance final reviews and contract drafts. 
•    Develop new or revise existing scopes of work to ensure compliance standards and deliverables are established.
•    Create Quality Control dashboards for leadership and team review
•    Manages teams UAT activities for new IT enhancements
•    Assists in IT sprints, UI development and all application/salesforce related work
•    Develops job aids and guidance documents related to new or revised standards or work procedures, including providing training to Inspection Review Specialists and other affected lines of business.
•    Manages all work planning and case remediation details with multiple external stakeholders
•    Creates and maintains PowerBI dashboards and analytics
•    Provides direction on program specific inquires
•    Monitors all submissions to ensure compliance requirements are met
•    Presents Report it program results to internal/external stakeholders

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum:

 

•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.  
•    8 years of related experience or equivalent

 

Desired:

 

•    Master’s degree
•    PMP Certification
•    Advanced knowledge of Program Management
•    Ability to influence leaders inside and outside of the department through data analysis, insights, and recommendations
•    Experience with the Report it program
•    Experience with IT products and programs
