The Supply Chain Organization includes a staff of more than 650 sourcing managers, buyers, analysts, materials planners, supplier diversity, and warehouse personnel. Our mission is to deliver cost effective and valued supply chain services through strategic, diverse, and sustainable business solutions. Our work requires close integration with all lines of business, finance, and our suppliers. 

 

Position Summary

Conducts research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting in support of business decision making, strategy and operations. Participates in business process improvement, quality control and other initiatives. Develops, manages and coordinates performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication and training.  Will support Propel/S4 Hanah

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.

 

This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job.  The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.  Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.​

A reasonable salary range is:​

 

Bay Area Minimum: $​128,000.

Bay Area Maximum: $​218,000.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

Supports in delivering the end to end design of SAP and Ariba for supply Chain

Support propel design workshop preparation  

Develops highly complex data systems that have wide ranging impact and application across multiple departments.

Manages major cross-functional projects and initiatives

May provide direction and coaching to other Business Analysts.

Performs analysis on the most complex data models that have cross- functional impact.

Solves unique and complex problems, anticipating issues and developing innovative solutions. Presents findings and recommendations to senior leaders to gain agreement.

Works with senior management to support strategic planning and decision making.

 

Qualifications

Minimum:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or job-related discipline or equivalent experience

Job-related experience, 8 years

Ariba/SAP Experience

Desired:

Graduate Degree or equivalent experience
