Customers are at the center of everything we do, and our philosophy “Customer at the Heart” reinforces this stance in our work across all functional areas. We build customers’ trust by delivering a ten out of ten experience in every interaction. Position Summary
PG&E is seeking an individual experienced in complex rate/program implementation to manage end-to-end business user testing. The definition of “end-to-end” business user testing includes five main categories: (1) reviewing and documenting program requirements, (2) ensuring billing system changes align with program requirements outlined in the advice filing, (3) developing test strategies to minimize customer impact, (4) creating program requirements via an Excel template, and (5) performing actual testing scenarios. Additional responsibilities include data analysis, research, reporting, monthly cash and customer refund reconciliation. The position also involves recurring monthly/quarterly/annual remittance of taxes and fees, support for billed revenue financial data reporting, and evaluating and recommending improvements for business processes, practices, and procedures. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can adapt to a fast-changing environment and work with colleagues focused on customer advocacy.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and the Oakland General Office (OGO) based on business needs.
