Department Overview
Electric Operations (EO) ensures the delivery of safe and reliable electric service to our customers. Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration, and emergency response. Electric Operations Construction Management is responsible for the construction, project and contract management of PG&E’s electric distribution overhead and underground facilities.


This role will be part of the Construction Management, Process & Tools team responsible for empowering Construction Management with standardization, efficiency and innovation of tools and processes to deliver reliable, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions. 

 

Position Summary


Manages aspects of program implementation and operations. Ensures program is operating effectively.


Job Responsibilities:
•    Lead and support cross functional initiatives supporting tools and process improvements. Provide direction and expertise on the overall program’s direction.
•    Facilitate program development working sessions and lead gap identification exercises. Apply subject Mater expertise to assist with and develop new program guidance documents.
•    Solicit feedback and solutions on program challenges. Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners.
•    Identifying stakeholders and communicate within and outside of PG&E. Developing and/or implementing policies and procedures. 

 

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.  

 

We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top half of the range described below, but the decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable salary range is:

 

1.    Annual Minimum:     $122,000
2.    Annual Midpoint:   $158,000
3.    Annual Maximum:   $194,000    

 

Qualifications
Minimum:
•    Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business.
•    Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent
Desired:
•    Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience
•    PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification
