Position Summary

Provide comprehensive support to the Aviation Services department, addressing system and process needs to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing process improvements, managing communications, coordinating and delivering training for essential business procedures, and developing new resources and tools. This role also encompasses contract management, development of scopes of work, invoicing, and business administration tasks.

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office, and your assigned location based on business need. Headquarter location is flexible within PG&E service territory.

 

 PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job.  The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity. 

 

A reasonable salary range is:

Bay Area Minimum: $78,000

Bay Area Maximum: $116,000

&/OR

California Minimum: $74,000

California Maximum: $110,000

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key resource for supporting aviation-specific operations and systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement innovative solutions to improve workflows.
  • Develop and deliver training for essential business procedures and processes.
  • Draft and review contract documents to ensure they align with organizational standards and meet project requirements.
  • Develop and manage scope of work (SOW) documents, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission and resolution of billing inquiries.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including tracking operational metrics, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to support aviation service operations.
  • Review project deliverables, ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of related experience or equivalent

Desired:

  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree desired
  • Inter-organizational management of complex, strategic projects
