Department Overview

Information Systems Technology Services is a unified organization comprised of various departments which collaborate effectively in order to deliver high quality technology solutions. This specific role will be part of a team of analysts and developers that designs, develops and maintains a system used by the business to bill our largest and most complex customers.

 

Position Summary

The individual will be responsible to create designs, program, unit test and provide ongoing support of the inhouse developed application. You will be working with many business team members as well as other programmers that will help you understand the system and grow your utility knowledge. Each member is responsible for the complete life cycle of a project from the design stage all the way to implementation and post production support.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Perform all Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) functions (design, code, test, implement, support) under the guidance of a senior developer
  • Work with business to help create requirements
  • Participate in a rotating Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support structure
  • Work with team to define new coding standards
  • Seek new technologies to enhance the experiences for our business by improving performance, quality or functionality.

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum:

 

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year Programming Analysis

 

Desired:

 

  • Experience in programming
  • Database experience
