PG&E’s Underground Program organization is working to reduce wildfire risk every day as we underground thousands of miles of distribution lines. Position Summary
Provides program management and regulatory support for initiatives that support Safety, Risk Reduction, Affordability, Compliance, and operational readiness. Responsible for coordinating complex regulatory activities, managing cross-functional projects, supporting regulatory filings, and reporting requirements, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Works collaboratively across multiple business functions to support regulatory compliance, operational performance, financial accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location.
The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
Pay Range:
- Annual Minimum: $105,00
- Annual Midpoint: $137,00
- Annual Maximum: $169,00
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads the development, coordination, and approval of business cases and governance deliverables, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support capital planning, program execution, and financial accountability.
- Supports complex regulatory proceedings and related activities by coordinating information requests, developing responses, managing deliverables, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and timelines.
- Supports high-volume discovery and data requests by coordinating with subject matter experts, consolidating responses, validating data accuracy, and ensuring timely regulatory submissions.
- Provides direct support to internal and external Witnesses throughout regulatory proceedings, including testimony preparation, data analysis, documentation management, and response coordination.
- Provides program management support for operational, compliance, safety, and business initiatives, including planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, validate, and communicate business and operational data used in regulatory filings, reporting, and decision-making.
- Coordinates financial tracking, budget monitoring, variance analysis, and reporting activities to support organizational accountability and decision-making.
- Leads preparation and reporting activities for monthly financial review meetings, including budget tracking, performance reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level summaries.
- Maintains and updates organizational documentation supporting emergency preparedness, operational continuity, and regulatory readiness.
- Tracks and reports team training compliance requirements and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to support safety, regulatory, and operational objectives.
- Oversees updates and completion tracking of the Program Management Plan (PMP) and supports ongoing Tactical Implementation Plan (TIP) development and maintenance activities.
- Maintains and enhances Work Order Readiness (WOR) and Day of Readiness (DOR) dashboards to provide performance visibility, operational insights, and decision-making support.
- Provides leadership and guidance on program implementation, reporting, governance, and compliance-related initiatives impacting organizational performance and regulatory obligations.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Six (6) years of related experience
