Department Overview

In Customer Care we are focused on delivering the desired customer experience for each of our customers. Everything we do starts with the customer and our information about the customer. Customer Care is a unified organization comprised of various departments which collaborate effectively to further drive PG&E’s alignment around the customer.  

 

Position Summary

PG&E's Cybersecurity Services Controls Metrics and Reporting Team partners with various IT organizations on security issues within PG&E. The Cybersecurity Specialist will support remediation efforts, data analysis, tracking, and creation of reports and presentations. This position may need to support internal audit data collection.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Document and manage Cybersecurity process, procedures, control documentation
  • Prepare operating metrics, reports, dashboards and presentations
  • Drafting and communicating changes to appropriate cybersecurity stakeholders
  • Assist in the remediation effort, data analysis, tracking and reporting of progress
  • Review and identify data abnormalities
  • Provide necessary support for the team’s programs

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Microsoft Office, SharePoint
  • Ability to interpret cybersecurity data
  • Self-motivated, methodical and detail oriented
  • Able to follow Safety First principles

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum:

 

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of data analysis, metrics and reporting experience
  • Experience in leading data and modeling initiatives, complex and impactful
  • Experience in multi-platform enterprise security, including SCADA-Supervisory Control and Data Aquisition and other complex technology
