The Regulatory & Rates department within C&CA leads regulatory policy development and implementation, advocacy, and rate design and data analysis, while managing an increasing number of complex regulatory cases and initiatives at the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Regulatory & Rates builds trust and credibility with our regulators and stakeholders to support customers' needs and preferences, delivering value through regulatory policy and achieving operational efficiencies.

 

Position Summary

 

Provides support for the case management, case coordination and related management functions in Regulatory and Rates.

 

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.

 

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.

This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.  

 

A reasonable salary range is: 

Bay Area Minimum:    $75,,000
Bay Area Maximum:    $113,000

 

Job Responsibilities

· Performs duties of cNet Administrator (Regulatory Compliance Management Tool), gNet Administrator (Case Management Governance Tool), WebDocs Administrator (Regulatory Records Archive), Guidance Document Administrator, and SharePoint Administrator.

· Provides document posting support for WebDocs.

· Provides support in identifying, testing and implementing enhancements to tools and applications.

· Assists in documenting department processes and procedures for the systems/tools and/or guidance documents.

· Prepares and/or coordinates the production of regular or ad hoc metrics and operational reports.

· Provides training on systems/tools for new and existing users.

· Demonstrates expertise in department and enterprise applications and software in support of department objectives and utilizes this expertise to support clients, including addressing issues and answering questions.

 

Qualifications

Minimum:

 

· Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

· Job-related experience, 2 years

 

Desired:

 

· Experience with software, job-related

· Experience in regulatory environment

· Experience with Microsoft 365 product family of productivity, collaboration, and cloud-based software and services (advanced level)
