Department Overview

The Performance Measurement & Reporting (PM&R) team, part of the ~1,000-person Operations Support organization, provides strategic visibility and regulatory reporting across Operations (Ops) and Engineering, Planning & Strategy (EP&S). PM&R manages over 1,000 KPIs, facilitates incentive plan target setting, and ensures reporting governance and CPUC compliance. Through its work, the team helps standardize performance, drive operational accountability, and support continuous improvement across the business.

Position Summary

This role partners with senior team members to manage the end-to-end Centralized Metrics Repository (CMR) program implementation ensuring the program operates effectively.  Responsibilities include some or most of the following to ensure the attainment of program objectives:

  • Manage relationships and provide strategic direction to internal PG&E metric stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain integrated PowerBI dashboards to measure and report on the success of the Centralized Metrics Repository (CMR) program.
  • Collaborate with senior CMR team members to implement effective communication strategies.
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with strategic program partners.
  • Partner with Regulatory and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to internal and external requirements.
  • Identify stakeholders and select appropriate communication channels to support clear and effective engagement.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline processes and enhance stakeholder support.
  • Explore new partnerships, technologies, and delivery channels to improve program outcomes.

 

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory. The position requires travel to in-person meetings in Oakland once per month.

 

PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.  

 

Bay Area – $85,000 - $116,600

 

And/or

 

California - $81,000 - $111,100

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for metric-team stakeholders by managing the CMR Support mailbox.
  • Maintain and enhance the internal CMR Admin process manual; support onboarding of new stakeholders and contract team members during peak periods.
  • Complete assignments of moderate scope and complexity with minimal supervision.
  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams as an active participant.
  • Understand PG&E’s organizational structure and effectively leverage internal resources.
  • Communicate with internal and external peers to exchange ideas and gather insights that enhance stakeholder support.

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum:

 

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Job-related experience, 3 years
  • Travel may be required
