  • Own end‑to‑end accountability for the non‑SAP environment readiness workstream supporting SIT and UAT.  Track and manage system provisioning, connectivity, security and access readiness, data preparation and refresh, and system integration validation
  • Establish and maintain environment readiness reporting, metrics, and dashboards to provide transparency into environment status, risks, and dependencies across SAP and non‑SAP systems, enabling informed decision‑making by PMO and program leadership.
  • Drive execution of the SAP S/4HANA integration strategy, establishing integrations with SAP and non‑SAP systems to enable the successful delivery of integrated enterprise business solutions.
  • Drive cost-efficient SAP landscape operations by managing RISE subscription sizing and scaling, controlling SAP BTP service consumption, and aligning capacity forecasting with project demands and long-term scalability goals.
  • Partner with system integrator to develop and execute technical roadmaps to support SAP S4HANA implementation, ensuring alignment with Clean Core principles.
  • Manage strategic relationship with SAP across ECS, RISE, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Taulia, NS2,  including SLA tracking, escalation management, and governance cadence, while driving continuous improvement through operational feedback to enhance system stability and reliability.
  • Provide governance over SAP and integrated landscape change and release management, ensuring disciplined execution of transports, configuration changes, and environment controls to maintain stability and readiness across test cycles, cutover, and go‑live.
  • Provide governance oversight for system release and transport management, ensuring disciplined planning, risk management, and readiness validation for controlled and reliable deployments, while tracking and documenting all changes and dependencies to support cutover readiness.
