PG&E/ATS is creating a team designed to build PG&E's internal capability for structured innovation — not as a peripheral experiment, but as a repeatable, embedded organizational capability. The team's mandate spans corporate innovation methodology, strategic foresight, portfolio thinking, and measurement. Innovation is notoriously difficult to measure, and the absence of good metrics is one of the most common reasons innovation programs lose credibility and funding. This role owns that problem. The Learning & Measurement Specialist designs the team’s measurement framework, builds internal learning systems, and tells the story of the team’s impact with rigor and transparency.
