Department Overview

The PG&E MBA Leadership Program is a 2 year rotation program, where outstanding MBA graduates take on high-impact projects that span the company. MBA Program Associates will work onchallenging 12 month assignments that provide them with the opportunity to explore roles across PG&E with an emphasis on our core business: Gas Operations and Electric Operations.

Rotations are structured to be highly visible to senior management andto provide opportunities to help PG&E meet its goal of becoming the leading utility in the United States. Associates receive strong coaching, formal mentoring, and exposure to PG&E’s field operations to provide them with meaningful career development.

Position Summary

As an MBA Leadership Program Associate, you will have two major rotation assignments in critical business functions. You will also have a field rotation, where you will be able to learn firsthandwhat it takes to ensure that 15 million Californians receive safe, reliable, and affordable energy around the clock. You will be individually accountable for specific deliverables and share team responsibility for a broader set of initiatives. Upon programgraduation, you then have the opportunity to apply to any position within PG&E.


Minimum Qualifications
* Completion of MBA degree Fall 2017 or Spring/Summer 2018
* 3+ years of professional work experience prior to theirMBA
