Information Systems Technology Services is a unifiedorganization comprised of various departments which collaborate effectively in order to deliver high quality technology solutions.
The IT PM Tools project will move the Information Technology organization from its current mix of highlycustomized vendor applications and home-grown point solutions onto the recently implemented Enterprise Standard PM Tools solution. The move will require a significant change in current business process in order to adopt the enterprise standards. IT will also bedeveloping and implementing a detailed Resource Management solution. PG&E IT PM Tools Project is looking for a summer intern that has experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office tools; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and as a plus would have anyexperience hands on with Microsoft Project. In addition, we are interested in interns that can work in teams and sub-groups; and can synthesize multiple inputs, research best practices, and develop summary descriptions andconclusions.
Minimum Qualifications: * Earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (students MUST be continuing education towards degree during and/or afterinternship)
Desired: * 3.0 GPA or greater in both cumulative GPA and major GPA * Proficiency with MS Office suite * Successfully completed upper level courses in Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management orCommunications * Experience working in a team environment and supporting fellow team members * Strong problem solving and analytical skills * Strong communication skills, both oral and written * Takes initiative and can work independently withminimal direction

* Document meeting notes and action items in conjunction with Project Managersworking with PG&E internal teams both IT and Business groups * Prepare PowerPoint and Word documents, presentations, and reports * Research available best practices and methods at the direction and supervision of the IT Project Management group * Assist Solution Architects and IT Project Managers in gathering, documenting, and presenting user requirements and user issues/risks in solution planning, analyzing, and design efforts * Assist IT PM’s and team members with user ad or end user clientinterviews and provide assistance with documenting those outputs or outcomes * Participate in and attend IT Project Management Work Group meetings
