Department Overview

In Customer Care we are focused on delivering thedesired customer experience for each of our customers. Everything we do starts with the customer. The New Revenue Development (NRD) organization is an entrepreneurial and customer-focused team in Customer Care whose purpose is to advance innovative uses of PG&Eassets, resources, expertise and relationships. Through the products that NRD develops and manages, NRD has the opportunity to drive customer satisfaction, lower rates for PG&E’s customers, and generate positive net revenue for PG&E shareholders.

Position Summary

The Wireless Project Manager oversees the non-tariff product and revenue generation, including the project milestones, processes and Wireless Carrier relationships. This position manages a continuous improvement cycle to improveefficiency and maintains the customer interface. They will ensure all aspects of contractor safety and quality control applied to all projects, as necessary, regardless of scope. This position will be responsible for the Central Valley and Central Coast of theSouthern portion of PG&E’s service territory.

Qualifications

Minimum
* 6 years of related work experience to include any combination of wireless and/or utility industry experience
* Experience with either Project or Program Management
* Experience interacting with employees at all levels of an organization
* High School or General Educational Development-GED Diploma

Desired

* Bachelor’s Degree
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
* Real Estate Broker license
* Notary Certification

Responsibilities

* Builds and maintains strong relationships with business units and external agencies at all levels
* Leads moderate to complex projects with a medium to highcorporate or functional priority by managing critical project milestones in accordance with contractual language dictated by the appropriate MLA.
* Presents findings and makes recommendations to management or others within organization on issues impactingwireless operations.
* Participates in cross-functional committees and teams on efforts to update or improve process standards, work procedures, and guidelines.
* Implements PG&E’s Contractor Safety Program and other Company-wide safetyprograms/procedures that impact wireless field operations.
* Leads cost control measures and ensures project costs are managed in compliance with PG&E processes/procedures.
* Acts as the primary point-of-contact for oversight and delivery of moderateto high risk project initiatives including project initiation, assembling multi-disciplinary project teams, defining scope, and controlling project risks and variables.
* Applies in-depth analysis or judgment in order to minimize risk and reach design and scoping solutions or results.
