The Field Installation Manager, Senior position oversees the non-tariff product and revenue generation, including the field processes and general contractor relationships. This position manages a continuous improvement cycle toimprove efficiency and maintains the customer interface. They ensure all aspects of contractor safety and quality control applied to all projects, as necessary, regardless of scope. This position will be responsible for the Central Valley and Central Coast regionsof the Southern portion of PG&E’s service territory.
Minimum * 6 years of related work experience to include any combination of the following: general contractor or wireless construction experience * High School or GeneralEducational Development-GED Diploma
Desired * Bachelor’s degree * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification * Real Estate Broker License * Safety certifications or training * Radio Frequency certifications
* Builds and maintains strong relationships with business units and external agencies. * Leads moderate to complex projects with a medium to high corporate or functional priority. * Presents field findings and makesrecommendations to management or others within organization. * Participates in cross-functional committees and teams on efforts to update or improve field standards, work procedures, and guidelines. * Implements PG&E’s Contractor Safety Program andother Company-wide safety programs/procedures that impact wireless field operations. * Acts as the primary field contact for oversight and delivery of moderate to high risk project initiatives including project initiation, assembling multi-disciplinary projectteams, defining scope, and controlling project risks and variables.
