Infrastructure & Operations enables and supports PG&E utilities by providing reliable and cost-effective network, voice, computing and data center operations.
IT Program Office
The IT Program Office focuses on planning, projects and performance. We maintain project governance processes, oversee IT coordination with corporate planning teams, and lead benchmarking, metrics analyses and reporting initiatives.
Enterprise Technology Risk Management
Enterprise Technology Risk Management is accountable for all aspects of cybersecurity, with an emphasis on mitigating internal and external threats to operational security and data privacy.

- Network Architect
Network Architects at PG&E specialize in microwave and fiber optic networks. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale transmission networks using microwave link design, SONET and DWDM fiber engineering, and point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless design. Familiarity with Aviat microwave radios and Alcatel-Lucent optical multiplexers is a plus.
- Network Specialist
Network Specialists operate, maintain and troubleshoot routing and switching equipment in an enterprise data network, as well as provide 3rd tier support to telecom technicians and other internal clients. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of IT operations experience. Network or telecommunication background preferred.
- Functional Analyst
Analysts study ways to optimize PG&E business processes and systems, design custom workflows, write functional requirements, and develop test plans. Candidates must have knowledge of third- party enterprise resource planning systems. Related experience preferred.
