Corporate Affairs

Corporate Affairs advocates for PG&E customers and the public at large to assure that we deliver operational excellence in every aspect of our business, from communications to legislative activities and beyond. PG&E addresses public and customer needs at the local, state and national level through the work of subject matter experts in Corporate Relations, Government Relations, Community Relations, Federal Affairs and Corporate Sustainability.

Human Resources

Human Resources gives our employees the tools, information and guidance they need to be at their best. PG&E has a company-wide goal of becoming the leading utility in the United States and we support that in every way. Two of our major initiatives are the Apprentice Lineworker Development Program and Supervisor Leadership Program, both of which are designed to provide ongoing opportunities for growth and success.

Opportunities in Corporate Services at PG&E may include:

  • Communications Representative
    Communications Representatives are responsible for content development and project management for various communications vehicles targeted at diverse audiences, which may include stakeholders, employees and media outlets. Candidates must have exceptional writing skills and in-house or agency communication experience.
  • Government Affairs Consultant
    Government Affairs Consultants develop and implement effective strategies to garner local agency support for PG&E utility projects. Candidates must have proven knowledge of public opinion research, public policy development, government finance, and fiscal and regulatory issues.
  • Community Relations Associate
    Community Relations Associates support PG&E charitable giving initiatives and community outreach events that benefit customers throughout our service area. Candidates must have relevant experience with community events and employee volunteerism, and be willing to work a flexible schedule. BA degree preferred.
